Storms #36 (Two storms, 1 number)

Another low pressure twirly thing, like the last one powered by cold air plunging from the north — cold air coming in with them — this one has hardly any rain. There’s an interesting permanent bank of winter snowstorm clouds permanently station over the Southern California mountains.

There was another similar storm, but it was rather pathetic.
