Storm 24

The second, weaker storm series has ended, and we are now back in a dry weather pattern. One would think we’ll see a return visit from the great Alaskan Low before rainy season is over.

I’m looking at something unbelievable this morning. It appears to be a massive instability storm just being born, just offshore, headed for the lower central coast and Bakersfield. This thing I’m seeing, I’m calling Storm 24.
Meanwhile, yesterday’s Storm 23 left zero precipitation in the Fresno area.
