Storm #5

A super weak “storm” moved through yesterday, offering a promising cloud buildup all morning, which built to a gentle crescendo of breezes that blew the falling leaves around in the early afternoon. The winds died down and the skies cleared and an afternoon of pleasant sunshine and total stillness – no wind at all – was in the offing by my late afternoon work commute. The day ended in a beguiling yet cloudless evening sunset so colorful it could bring tears to your eyes. Weak storms are so interesting.
